ALLAH
TA’ALAH KNOWS BEST
In
the third sentence the Holy Prophet ﷺ said,
واخلف
علی کل غائبة لی منک بخیر
“O’ Allah! In place of the things I prayed for but didn’t get,
please grant me better things which are better for me in Your knowledge.”
So,
there are three prayers in this one prayer, please give me contentment, please
grant me Barakah, and in place of things I prayed for but didn’t get, please
give me things that are better for me in Your knowledge. What else does a
person need in this world if all of these three blessings, contentment,
Barakah, and better alternatives, are accepted in his favour?
